Valerio Nelli MArch, AIA Int. Ass. — Holds a Master degree in Architecture from Roma La Sapienza, where he graduated with honors in Architecture and Urban Design. Valerio is currently Leading KBN-NYC together with Hazim Al Khusaibi. Over the years he led several projects including Mixed-use Developments, private Residences, Housing, and Masterplans. Valerio’s main responsibility is the design process, collecting datas soon be translated into design. He leads and oversees the production/coordination of detailed set of drawings necessary for production and fabrication.

Yonatan Buchhandler AA Dip Architect, ARB RIBA — He holds a Master degree in Architecture from The Architectural Association, he is a memeber of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Yonatan is currently Leading KBN-UK. Over the years he succesfully delivered a wide range of buildings, both private and public, including Housing, Schools, and private Residences. Yonatan’s main responsibility is the execution and constructability process, taking datas from the design and translate them into construction. He leads and oversees the production/coordination of detailed set of drawings necessary for a sustainable construction.

Hazim S. Al-Khusaibi BSc and MSc. , PE, M.ASCE — Awarded a merit based academic scholarship to attend Pennsylvania State University for a BSc in Structural Engineering, and a post-graduate program at the MCEER labs of the University at Buffalo.Over the years, he enjoyed a spectrum of diverse roles and responsibilities starting with collaborating with a major Contractor and Architectural consultants in the GCC Region. An advocate for the real estate industry via his leadership in the Architect & Engineers Association of New York, he also maintains active professional engineering licensure in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and the GCC region of the Middle East.
